I have stayed in this hotel twice and my experience during both the times was the same. The hospitality and general behaviour of staff is poor. They seem to be very rude when it comes to their approach at handling even small requests. Rooms: 4/5 Location: 4/5 Hospitality: 1/5 Breakfast: Average, but worth the price of Stay.

The hotel location and services are good. But the bathroom door wasn't closing and it was really tight so it was getting stuck. Also because the location is right at the main road it gets very difficult to sleep at night because of the loud car noises. There's twin bed so you get your own bed which is quite comfortable.

Stayed here for three days. No negative experience, whatsoever. A budget hotel, so keep your expectations to that level, and all is well. Good staff, basic amenities, basic breakfast, value for money.

Neat and clean rooms. Prompt and friendly service. Great location. Most of all it felt safe. As a woman travelling alone on work I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Asked to change sheets as they were stained. Staff escalated to the manager- Manohar, and the guy cancelled the booking instead. They hate North Indians. Steer away from this hotel.
